Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after confirmation. Delivery times depend on your location:
Kampala & nearby areas: 1 business days delivery, thats same day delivery
Upcountry locations: 1-3 business days

1-5 Years Warranty depending on Product & Brand
All products sold by Discount Xpress Uganda come with a warranty that covers manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty period varies depending on the product and brand and is clearly stated on the product page or receipt.
If your item develops a fault within the warranty period:
Contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will guide you through troubleshooting or request the item to be returned for inspection.
Once verified, the product will be repaired or replaced depending on the warranty terms and product availability.
Please note:
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, water damage, power surges, or unauthorized repairs.
The original receipt or proof of purchase is required to claim warranty service.
- No refund of money is made.

Refund
We offer refunds on eligible products returned within the specified return period, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging and accessories.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Refunds are accepted for:
Defective or damaged items
Wrong items delivered
Items that do not match the product description
All items must be returned in their original condition.
Refunds are not available for:
Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Used or altered products
Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
Personal care or hygiene items once opened
